She was so sweet and the place is absolutely lovely. But I had mentioned sore feet on my appointment intake form, and then on my way in, also mentioned a kink in my back. My feet barely got massaged, and the focus of her attention on my back was on the wrong side. I kept thinking she would get to the correct side, but it didn’t get nearly as much attention. So I think she mixed up which side my back pain was on. The thing that really frustrated me though, was that I paid extra for a scalp massage. And instead of the extra money going toward a scalp massage beyond the 60 minute massage I paid for, it was part of (during) the 60 minute massage. So my question is, why did I pay extra for no additional time? Couldn’t I have just asked for 15 of my 60 minutes to be dedicated to my scalp, and not had to pay the additional fee? Extra money paid should equate to extra time being massaged. Oh well I guess. Again, she was a very nice girl.
