I take a holistic approach with massage and am trained in multiple modalities to help achieve your goals for the session. I use tools such as postural analysis, gait assessment, ROM measurements, and energetic intuition to determine the best way to help your body run at its optimal level. I currently offer trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, hot towels, and reiki healing sessions. With a wide variety of training that is constantly being expanded upon, I am confident we can build the perfect customized treatment plan for you!
