I am super jazzed to offer this new service of PeriSteam Therapy to the women of Dothan. Each session includes comprehensive intake & screening, customized herbal blend, therapeutic peristeam session and personalized care plan. Guided meditation and herbal tea service are available to help you relax.  The steam session itself will last 30 minutes, with down-time to readjust to your day. Can be done alone or in sisterhood, in silent meditation or with music and conversation. NOTE: Not all users are able to steam for 30 minutes. Those who fall into the category of “sensitive users” can only steam for 10-15 minutes. Please be prepared for this possibility - it’s a safety issue.

At Holistic Equilibrium, I specialize providing a truly therapeutic massage, which is quite a bit different than the massages you might have received at other places. 
When you enter our studio we focus on handcrafting a customized massage experience for you using the right amount of pressure, and the right combination of techniques. I take my time getting to know your unique body and health with a detailed intake form and personalized consultation.  You then design how your massage is going to be from start to finish - EVERYTHING from aromatherapy, music, lighting, temperature and even the conversation (or not). I have been to both the shop and her to my house I think I have enjoyed the traveling massage. But wherever you get it you will be pleased and enjoy it.
