To Introduce our newest Certified Stretch Specialist, we are offering a special introductory rate on our new client consultation. Tina is an award-winning Professional Bodybuilder and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for more than a decade. A Norfolk State University Alum with a background in track and a passion for health and wellness. With her combined knowledge and experience, Tina is able to create custom stretch protocols to address specific client needs. In this session you the client will be taken through a series of tests for ROM and Mobility followed up with a level 1 full body stretch.
