My approach is rooted in presence and clear intention. I meet each client in their wholeness, holding a regulated, neutral space where the nervous system can soften and trust. When the practitioner’s ego steps aside, the body’s innate wisdom leads, allowing healing to unfold without force.
Clients are not approached as broken or in need of fixing, but as whole beings whose systems are ready to remember balance when safety is present.

Rather than working toward a preset outcome or technique, each session is guided by attunement to the body’s current state. Touch is slow, intentional, and responsive, honoring the body’s innate wisdom and timing.

Many clients seek deep tissue massage for lasting relief. In Heal Thy Spirit Intuitive Healing Massage, depth is approached as a process rather than a technique.
When pressure is applied before the nervous system feels safe, the body may brace or guard, limiting true release and increasing recovery time. In this work, depth emerges organically as trust is built.
With consistent care, many clients experience noticeably deeper therapeutic sensation by the third session, without overwhelm or retraumatization. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions often support this process more quickly, though even monthly sessions offer meaningful benefit.
This approach allows the body to receive depth without force, supporting relief that lasts rather than recovery debt.

Heal Thy Spirit sessions are offered through distinct spirals, each designed to support the body, nervous system, and energy field in complementary ways.
✨️Somatic Spiral✨️
- A body-centered intuitive healing massage focused on nervous system regulation, muscular release, and embodied restoration. This spiral supports tension held through stress, posture, and prolonged activation.
✨️Spirit Spiral✨️
- An energy-forward intuitive healing session emphasizing subtle body alignment, emotional clearing, and energetic regulation. Touch is gentle and intentional, allowing the system to settle without force.
✨️Sole Spiral✨️
- A foot-focused healing experience rooted in foot zonology principles. This spiral supports whole-body balance through reflexive pathways, grounding the nervous system and encouraging systemic harmony.
✨️Womb Spiral✨️
- A sacred, nurturing session honoring the womb and pelvic center. This spiral supports hormonal balance, emotional holding, and deep restoration for those navigating stress, transitions, or reproductive healing.
While some sessions may resemble what clients think of as massage, Reiki, or foot zonology, each spiral is designed as a whole-being experience rather than a single-layer service.
Clients are welcome to choose what resonates most, or to allow guidance over time as their needs evolve. Each session description offers more detail on focus, intention, and pacing.
✨️Choosing the Right Additions to Your Session✨️
As your system becomes ready, you may choose to deepen your sessions with supportive enhancements.
Available options may include scalp and crown work, red light therapy, essential oils, cupping, hot stones, and extended rest or Reiki-held stillness following the hands-on portion of the session.
Each session includes up to 15 minutes of pre- and post-session time for intention setting and integration. Additional time for reflection, education, or support may be added in longer increments when desired.
All additions are optional and are chosen based on readiness, not expectation.
✨️Oils, Ritual Support, and Home Care✨️
Sessions exclusively use doTERRA essential oils to support emotional balance, energetic clearing, and cellular harmony.
Clients may choose to create a personal wholesale account for home use and savings, or explore select retail items available to support healing beyond the session space.
✨️Memberships and Ongoing Support✨️
Consistency supports nervous system regulation and allows the body to open gradually and safely.
✨️One-Month Introductory Membership✨️
- This offering is designed for first-time clients or returning clients who have been away for six months or longer. It includes a guided re-entry experience that supports regulation before deeper therapeutic work.
This membership offers an expanded, supportive entry point and is available once per client.
✨️Ongoing Monthly Memberships✨️
- For those who desire regular care, deeper results, and meaningful savings, monthly memberships are available. These support nervous system regulation over time and allow the body to respond more fully with each session—without pressure or urgency.
✨️Community Care and Advocacy✨️
Heal Thy Spirit exists not only for individual healing, but for collective restoration.
This work actively supports healing the healers, mental health awareness, domestic violence awareness, and PTSD and nervous system recovery.
Clients may also sponsor care by purchasing gift certificates—for a loved one, a community member in need, or by nominating someone they feel called to support.
