Payment Methods

Divine Therapeutics accepts payment via HSA, cash, check, Venmo, and credit card.

First-time clients booking online are required to pre-pay. If you prefer not to pre-pay, please contact Hayley directly to schedule your session.

Gift Certificates

As of February 2024, Divine Therapeutics no longer offers gift certificates for sale.

All previously purchased gift certificates must be used within one year of the purchase date. After one year, Hayley will honor 50% of the remaining balance toward your service.

To be considered valid, gift certificates must have been purchased directly through Hayley Godfrey, LMT, Divine Therapeutics, or MassageBook.

Cancellation / Late Policy

• You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
   
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
   
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
   
• If you are running late with communication, your session will begin and end at the originally scheduled time. It is at our discretion whether the session continues or is rescheduled:
   
  • If you choose to keep the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved amount, regardless of hands-on time.
     
  • If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the reserved amount.
     
• Future appointments cannot be scheduled until any outstanding cancellation fees are paid.
