Emily Rocco LMT is a highly skilled and licensed massage therapist with a strong academic background and a passion for helping people. She holds a degree in massage therapy from the American Institute, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and received the Presidential Honor Award. Her dedication and drive have also earned her a sought-after MAP award within the school.

Emily is drawn to the kinesiology and physiology of the body, and she has a deep understanding of how the body works and how to assist it in healing itself. In addition to her degree, she has also obtained extra certifications in prenatal massage, muscle fiber methodology, and passive stretching as well as others.

Emily has been a Reiki practitioner since 2009 and has a very calm and gentle energy. However, don't let that fool you - she is also highly skilled in deep tissue work. Her clients appreciate her ability to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience while still achieving effective results.
 

Whether it is for relaxation or soreness and pain, your massage will be customized to your goal. Jennifer integrates several different modalities in her massage treatments such as light or deep pressure, range of motion, stretches, structural relief therapy, muscle energy technique, reflexology, trigger point release, or Reiki.
