About Hands on Therapy
I fell head over heals in love with massage when I was 20. I've been practicing for 14 years. It gives me a sense of purpose and well being to see my love help people. With years of training, I incorporate many modalities to best suit each individual client. My goal is to always help alleviate pain and have you feeling like a limp noodle. Sarah was wonderful! I felt like a different person after my massage. She worked on all my tight spots and especially my neck area that I’ve been going to PT for due to a pinched nerve. Canceled my next PT appointment and rescheduled with Sarah. Very professional and sweet lady. You won’t be sorry.

I love Hand on Therapy for many reasons. It is woman-owned, a small business, and the owner is so friendly! The biggest reason is that Jill is EXCEPTIONAL at her trade! She can do anything from deep tissue to light massage. This visit I needed just my shoulder/neck/upper back worked on. I'd been in physical therapy for months with not much improvement. After this visit, I felt so relaxed and loose. My muscles haven't felt this way in years! Also, the oil used is unscented. I'm sensitive to many smells and finding a massage therapist that doesn't use scented oil/lotion is near impossible.
