I am so impressed with Jennifer’s work, and the effect it had on my body. Her methods were extremely gentle, in a way that had me wondering if it would have any effect on my knots & tension. Whoa, was I wrong- I was literally sore 6 hours later! Like I’d worked out (I did not)! I’m comin back in a couple weeks, because 48 hours later, I’m still ‘back’ in my body, and my neck & shoulders haven’t reverted yet. I’m impressed!

I had a great experience with Jennifer at Halcyon massage. The location was easy to find, the space was welcoming, and Jennifer was very kind and easy to talk to. The massage was extremely relaxing which is what I was looking for and I felt myself in a daze for the rest of the afternoon. Will definitely be going back.

My session was a lovely blend of Craniosacral Therapy and neuromyofascial facilitation which immediately dropped me into a very restful place. Sessions like these train my body how to truly recover from all the stuff I get up to, and help my chronic shoulder issues re-set to a more neutral place. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

Experienced a new technique today. Wasn't the deep tissue I was used to, but after I left and even the next day my muscles are loose and relaxed, and not hurting as they usually do after deep tissue. It was amazing.
