The staff was welcoming, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Irene took the time to ask about any areas of tension and made sure the pressure and technique were comfortable. Service Received: Relaxation Swedish Chill Massage with Irene S.
Irene is a very skilled massage therapist and I highly recommend her. She is able to really work areas that have held tension to help get things relaxed. They recently moved to a new location and, much like their last location, the environment really lacks a sense of calm or tranquility. There is a lot of equipment and "stuff" scattered throughout that doesn't create a sense of relaxation. They also push selling their other services. Part of my time was spent listening to a sales pitch that I really wasn't interested in. I understand they believe these additional services are helpful or therapeutic but I'm there just for a massage, not to listen to a sales pitch. Their website is confusing as it includes their old location information. Irene said they moved in September, so it seems odd to not have their information updated. Irene is amazing but everything else is just meh.
