Hello and welcome!

My name is Natalia. I am a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. 

As a licensed massage therapist, I provide highly individualized sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs. Every treatment is a thoughtful blend of techniques and modalities chosen to be the most effective at that particular moment.

My practice includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha, and MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release). I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with headaches, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica, and similar conditions. I also specialize in post-surgical recovery massage, including care following joint replacement procedures.

Natalia is a very professional massage therapist. She skillfully selects different techniques for working with various parts of the body and different issues, helping to assess the complexity of the situation and alleviate discomfort. I went to her after knee surgery, and I can say that without her professional help, it would have been much harder for me. She recommends exercises that help maintain the results and alleviates discomfort to ease muscle tension. I also experienced very positive results with the relief of spasms in my back. I am usually very selective about massage therapists (I am very sensitive and don't like rough techniques), but here I can confidently recommend Natalia with great pleasure. The pleasant, clean, and relaxing environment enhances the experience. I highly recommend her.
