This is a comprehensive approach to treating muscle pain and dysfunction. Using Coaching The Body (TM) techniques, it integrates Thai massage (compression and stretching) and trigger point massage to relieve chronic pain, rehab injuries, increase range of motion and flexibility, and improve sports and exercise performance. In addition, you will receive a postural assessment to address any perpetuating factors such as a leg length discrepancy or hyper-pronation.

Entry area is awkward- be prepared to go down exterior flight of stairs, open solid exterior door, then be prepared to use your ph because business door will be locked so you’re waiting in a basement hallway. Once you’re “found” & enter the Garden of Healing Massage, it’s wonderful!
