Prior to Massage school, she attended LSU and UNO in the college of science. Upon completing massage school, she studied for 2 years with the Advanced Massage Training Center of New Orleans and took part in the development of their orthopedic and medical massage course work. Kate continued her education, acquiring an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Delgado in 2010. After becoming a PTA, Kate worked in outpatient Physical Therapy settings under her PTA and LMT licensures for 14 years.
