Carli is far more than a massage therapist. She practices a wide range of modalities to really get to issues that massage alone cannot. After just 20 minutes of TRE work, my body already felt deeply regulated and calm. I came in with issues right my right hip, having done every form of stretch and strengthening that I knew to do. Carli tended to this area with hands on massage and body work as well. While the hip pain persisted the day of my appointment, it was gone by night and hasn’t returned in the two weeks since my appointment! I will definitely be back. Her space and presence are incredibly calming. Highly recommend!
