I didn't like the smell of the headrest, and perhaps the sheets. Everything seemed clean, but a pleasant or fresher smell would have made a difference.

First and foremost, yuki is fantastic. She did not do my massage, someone else did. I went in for a 60min massage with hot stones, and 40 min facial. My massage experience was not great. The music and microphone coming from the gym next door was so loud - i could make out everything they were saying. The door to my room was opened a few times while i was getting my massage. She forgot my massage included hot stones. she left the room to confirm. When we came back, she popped a couple stones in the warmer for a few seconds, then used them on my feet. Not my back where i really wanted it. The stones werent even hot. When i had 20 mins left of my massage, the aesthetician opened the door, turned on the lights, and started setting up. It was loud. The only thing to save the day was Yuki’s facial. She did a great job turning things around. But overall, the massage experience was not relaxing at all. I did not get the experience i paid for.
