KFT massage is a customized massage that uses a variety of different modalities to achieve the desired therapeutic goal of the client depending on their symptoms and dysfunction. Clients can build their own massages from a broad range of massage therapy services, including Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Sports massage, Acupressure, Thai massage, foot Reflexology and Ashi-Thai massage. I'm an amateur bodybuilding athlete and disabled veteran who lives a very active adventure lifestyle. I have many old injuries and in my travels get new ones resulting in limited mobility, stress and pain. I've gone to many massage therapy type places in the Austin area but Meiyan at Enchanted Bodywork is the best. It was so good I subscribed to the monthly membership. It was good because even though I do not know much about the body. I was able to describe what was bothering me and they were able to quickly target the pain and ache and also identify and adjust to what was causing it! I walked in with limited mobility in my shoulder and glutes, but walked out brand new. The next day I hit the gym and felt recovered and with better strength in my shoulder for a heavy arm day. I like the option of in-home or in-office service because I'm always on the go! And now I know I can be on the go even more.
