My name is Elizabeth Gallien, Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in the relief of neck and back pain. Whether you are suffering from tight shoulders from sitting at desk all day, chronic headaches, stiffness in your neck, or constant low back pain, I am here to make your journey a little easier. 

Thai massage is done fully clothed on soft, floor, Thai mat.  I use my percussion tool to distract your brain while moving your arm or leg to increase your range of motion and decrease your pain.  I work with your body and your feedback to help muscles let go.  I focus on root causes so relief may last longer.  

• To be effective and fair to all of my clients the following policies are honored:
• Required: a credit card number on file or prepayment to reserve your appointment. Appointments made without a credit card guarantee or prepayment may be canceled by me, Elizabeth.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling policy: I, Elizabeth, understand that unanticipated events occasionally occur. 
• At-least a 24 hour advance notice is required.  If you are unable to give me at-least a  24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.  This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.   
• Missed appointment policy: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show".  They will be charged for their missed appointment.
• Late policy: Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will end at scheduled time.  You are responsible to paid for full appointment scheduled.  Out of respect to Elizabeth and her other clients please plan according.
