Donzell Davis is a Certified Massage Therapist, a level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist , and a Graston Technique Specialist. Donzell is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer. With years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a passion for fitness, he has focused on the importance of recovery with an intent to perform the most effective modalities to help his clients reach their full potential. He is dedicated in helping his clients eliminate pain, restore function, and move better in multiple planes of movement. Donzell is a true professional. His services are a must for those who are experiencing extreme tightness in their body. My lower back was SO BAD that I was unable to touch my toes for months. I am happy to say that I was able to touch my toes after the first session. Since then, I have seen him again for facia stretching and am getting back my flexibility. Highly recommended!!
