Although masks are optional, we highly recommend and encourage wearing them from October through March.

To ensure we're doing everything possible to protect our clients, we use EPA/CDC-recommended disinfectant/sanitizing cleaning products on every touchable surface. We also use air purifiers in our treatment rooms and throughout the office to help lower the risk of airborne pathogens. Bleach is and always has been used to launder our linens.

Our massage therapy experience is over 30 years combined. We were both educated at the acclaimed and esteemed Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. Through our primary education and subsequent continuing education, we've had the privilege to learn and practice many modalities that are effective in the assistance of healing soft tissue injuries, relaxing the body, and the like. Through that knowledge and the knowledge we've learned through the subsequent years by working with NYC Triathlon, NYC Iron Man, NYRR, U.S. Open, UNC Athletics, and SAS Golf Championship, we provide a multi-modal approach of massage therapy to the complex system of the human body to enhance efficient human movement. Whether one is a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or one with a 9-5 job, we all have the same muscles and their respective functions and actions.
We wholeheartedly believe that by educating our clients on the intricacies of the human body's complex systems, we can help them empower themselves to lead functional and dynamic lives. We genuinely love what we do and are passionate about continuing to learn and advance our profession because, as in life, learning never ends.

*CLIENT CANCELLATION: it's up to the client to reschedule that appointment via online through our website.
*THERAPIST CANCELLATION: The therapist must contact the client within 24 - 48 hours to reschedule the appointment.
If you cancel your appointment before our 24-hour policy and have prepaid for your appointment online, your pre-payment will remain on your client profile/account for future use. *You will NOT receive a refund unless you specifically request one by contacting us in writing via ]this site or our Gmail account. dynamicfusionmuscletherapy@gmail.com*
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged half (50%) of the full price for the service scheduled.
"LATE" is considered up to 19 minutes past your scheduled appointment time;
If you are running late (as described above) to your appointment, please let us know either by phone/text (919-335-8325) or by email (dynamicfusionmuscletherapy@gmail.com).
Depending on your therapist's client schedule, we may or may not be able to push your appointment time back, and therefore, you may have to reschedule your appointment for a later date/time.
"NO-SHOW" constitutes 20 minutes or more; therefore, your appointment will be marked as such, and you must reschedule your appointment for a new date/time. More details of our policy are listed below:
If you are a NO-SHOW (as described above), you will be charged the FULL price of the service scheduled.
If you are a NO-SHOW and paying with an already purchased gift certificate, it shall become FORFEIT.
We understand that life happens and can get in the way (e.g., traffic, office/home emergencies, sick family members, etc.). Dynamic Fusion Muscle Therapy will decide how to handle your affected appointment in these events.
