My background has been in physical therapy for 20+ years. The soft tissue (muscle) component has always been of interest to me due to the amount of pain and inflammation our muscles carry. These problems can really affect our quality of life.

I felt comfortable under Donna's care. She was helpful with the deep tissue massage on my arm shoulder. I've had an ongoing issue and her massage was very skilled and I noticed a positive difference in my arm afterward.

Donna did a wonderful job! I am currently training for a marathon, and have several chronically tight areas including my neck/shoulders and calves. Donna was very attentive and spent extra time addressing these problem areas. She used various massage techniques to help release painful trigger points in my muscles. I would recommend her to everyone!
