Labor Day 26

I received my certification for massage therapy through the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (AIAM).  Receiving certifications in neuromuscular therapy while at school.  Upon graduation continued education in back, neck, shoulders, wrists disorders, stretching, cupping, GuaSha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Complete Decongestive Therapy Certification; as well as certification from the Institute For Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a Holistic Health Practitioner.  Suffering fibromyalgia, secondary lymphedema due to a traumatic horse riding accident, I have learned how to control my own life through my holistic and functional medicine journey.

Starting January 1, 2026, schedule bouncing a little due to family needs.  January and the beginning of February M-T will be 12 pm to 5 pm and Friday 12 pm to 7:30 with appointments available on Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.  Mid February schedule will completely change to early morning and mid afternoon hours.
