Cùram, Gaelic for healing and responsibility.  I believe that we have the amazing ability to heal ourselves and others can help with this.  We also have the responsibility to do this for ourselves and others. Having spent the last 20 years being active, I have had my fair share of soft tissue injuries and niggles.  I have been fortunate to have some amazing practitioners and massage therapists to help me get back to being active.  Now I have the opportunity to provide these same services in Lander and the surrounding area.  Whether your activity level is daily functional life, weekend adventures, or other activities, bodywork can improve the quality of these experiences.  As a person who competes in multisport activities I understand the importance of maintenance as well as therapeutic change. I feel I can help people maintain and improve their ability to move on a daily basis. 

 I am based in Lander, Wyoming.   If you live in Lander or just passing though enjoying the running, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, or the other various outdoor activities and need some bodywork reach out and lets make a plan to get you moving the way you want. I provide relaxation, deep tissue, and trigger point massages as well as Active Release Technique(ART).

I also provide sauna rental in Lander.  It is a traditional Finnish sauna that is wood fired.  You can rent it as a stand alone use(up to 4 people) or add it on after a treatment.  If you are an athlete that is looking to do some heat acclimatization  or adaptation I can help you get ready with a sauna heat protocol.
