Merry Christmas

My career began in healthcare when I was in high school. Starting out in medical records and billing, to scheduling surgeries and assisting in them, as well as office management.  I have worked in Podiatry, Cardiology, Chiropractic, European Biological, Integrative, Physical, and Internal medicine clinics over my 25 years in healthcare.   

 I became certified massage therapist in 2003.  I started my own practice in 2013 when I needed flexibility as a single mom, but continued to work in conjunction with medical professionals. The best thing about being a massage therapist is when people cancel scheduled surgeries. My goal is to help get you out of pain. You have to get on the table so I can explain the muscles, lymph, and fascia, and the importance of it's job not only in the musculoskeletal system, but in the integumentary and immune system. I now work independently within a chiropractic office part-time. 

I still utilize my esthetics knowledge and PCT skills with clients post op after surgeries, including both orthopaedic and cosmetic. I am learning to find balance in my practice and understand that I can not be all things, no matter how much I think I am superwoman. I have focused on supplements plan development, Anti-inflammatory, Low-Glycemic Index, and Fat Burning coaching styles. My goal as a coach is to be your guide to help you walk your own path towards your wellness journey. I am here for accountability, goal attainement, and wellness lifestyle facilitation.
