My name is Brunie Ryan. I have been practicing Licensed Massage Therapy for 18 years. Graduated New York College of Health Professions in 2005. Certified in Neuromuscular Cupping in 2022. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from ACOLS in 2024. Creating mind/body connection during treatments so the body can heal on a deeper level is important in my experience. I have combined experience in medical and spa settings giving you the best therapeutic and relaxing massage.

The muscular system can cause havoc to our bodies when imbalanced, massage is beneficial to help alleviate symptoms. The lymphatic system is a totally different system that does the same on a cellular level when overloaded. Manual lymphatic drainage is beneficial in alleviating the imbalance in the lymphatic system. It is not a massage but rather manual techniques to stimulate and encourage lymph flow. This is a critical part of post op care after surgery. It also is just as important for overall wellness.
