I love to work with clients with chronic pain or illness. I love to invite them to imagine a world without chronic pain and limitation. And then I love to help them bring that vision into being.
Together we explore the messages that their body is sending. I listen deeply not only to the words my clients use and the message that their symptoms send, but also to the deep wisdom that is deep in the body. My process is one of deep connection. I connect to myself and my own stillness. I connect to my client, allowing our systems to integrate for maximum power. I connect to my intellect, education and 15 years of experience to bring excellent resources to the table. I also connect to the intelligence and the wisdom that is beyond us both. This deeply connected experience allows for an amazing level of safety and relaxation for the client, and it is the environment in which healing can take place. In this state, the best results can come from the least effort - a truly winning combination!
