I have chronic myofascial pain due to an old back injury and some muscle imbalances. I have tried a lot of different therapies such as acupuncture, PT, red light therapy, prescription meds, and conventional massage. Dakota’s massage felt amazing and my muscles felt the most relaxed they have in a long time. On top of that, Dakota is very kind, intuitive and knowledgeable about the human body. I highly recommend him.

Dakota delivers a “different type” of massage than I am used to. More rhythmic pulsing/ bouncing than kneeding. That being said, he thoroughly explained the “why” behind his specific technique, is very educated about body systems and musculature, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Highly recommend!
