Hi. I'm Carolyn Serrano, Licensed Massage Therapist, Cosmetologist, Wellness Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Clinical Herbalist, and Certified Personal Trainer. I'm passionate about helping people break free from the cycle of pain and stress. I'm trained in therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage massage, hot stone massage, and medical massage. 

 

Each session includes optional postural analysis to measure your starting point and your progress. I teach my clients stretches and exercises to help them get the most out of each session. Please allow 15-30 minutes in addition to your scheduled time for these services.
