After a 10-year career as a social worker, Sarah graduated with valedictorian honors from New York Institute of Massage in January 2015. She eagerly expands her knowledge through regular continuing education trainings in advanced massage techniques for various conditions.
Sarah has been interested in holistic and alternative medicine since a young age. Coming from a family consisting of nurses, social workers, yogis and even a Reiki Master, as well as growing up next door to a massage therapist, made a career in helping people feel better a natural choice. First-hand experience with anxiety, chronic pain and motherhood has also given Sarah a unique ability to empathize with clients who present with a variety of physical and emotional conditions. She strives to create a nurturing, healing space for everyone she has the privilege to treat. In her free time, Sarah enjoys being a mom to two small children, learning new things, gardening and getting massages!
