About Bringing Relaxation To You

I am Lauren C. Smith, I have been a licensed Registered Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland since November 2014. I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in August 2014. I specialize in Prenatal Massage, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massages. I incorporate trigger points, stretching, and myofascial release techniques within each massage. I have customized each massage to meet your specific needs and/or requests, within my scope of practice.

Lauren is a delightful spirit! I loved her vibe and her space is beautiful. The weighted blanket is a very nice touch to the experience, along with the "icy-hot" like treatment at the end of my back treatment. Lauren has a natural heavy hand. I personally like a lighter touch. The multiple vertebrae cracks showed that I needed that heady hand on my back after a long 8 hour drive though. I hadn't been able to sleep the night before, so I was hoping to get a good nap in. The massage was too aggressive for a nap though. It was a great massage, just was expecting more restful.
