Yves is very well versed not only in massage but has a deep understanding of the human anatomy which makes her work skillfully intentional! I deal with crippling TMJ and she made sure to alleviate my pain, while being mindful to not stress the already tense muscles further. She was wonderfully hospitable and I can’t recommend her enough!

Yves has helped me on my journey to restored health following 2 years of 4 total joint replacements and 2 other joint clean ups. In the process we have improved my range of motion and strength; my mobility and balance and eliminated occasional bouts of vertigo. Massage by Yves is combined with resistance training by Fred Jones at First Action Fitness and the 2 together are changing everything for me. Thanks so much Yves....you have made a difference in my life.
