I have been in love with Thai bodywork since first giving & receiving it in massage school in 2015. I have been offering it in my practice for the past 3 years & I have loved getting to listen to the body in a whole new way. I get to utilize more of my body to listen to yours as Thai bodywork is performed clothed & on a mat. I use my feet, legs, & knees, along with my hands & elbows to comfort your body as you melt into the deep compressions, the ground & yourself. If you like my table massage, or if it's a little intense for you, we can go deeper without as much intensity with Thai bodywork. If you want to stay cozy, be cozy, & deeply connect with yourself, try Thai bodywork & wear your comfiest clothes!

My style of massage is broad and direct and deep. I work slowly while listening to your body and breath as you let go and relax into your body in the present moment. My work can be therapeutic and intense if that's what you want. I can also be soft and relaxing if that's more your style. Just communicate and I'll try and make you feel like you're floating on clouds! <3
