Service Received: Steam Shower with Steam S.

The steam shower was an excellent add-on service to my massage, and I could see adding it again if I have the time available. Especially since it was my first time at the spa's new location and with this service, I was very appreciative of the instructions I received, both about the shower bag contents (robe, shoes, cap, comb, towel) and the shower itself. Suggestions: adding some sort of washcloth (because it's also shower); a handle (anywhere) in the shower as moving from the built-in bench to the water controls is tricky due to and slipperiness and reduced visibility from the (awesome) steam; a second hook or relocation of the shower squeegee; a timer/intercom/speaker or notice after 10 mins in to gauge when to start shower (vs just steam). I finished a tad early bc I was unsure (though I got the 10 min remaining notice) and my friend's notice wasn't until 6 minutes left.

Definitely recommend. Easy to book an appointment. Their sign is not on the building yet so it was a little hard to find but it worked out.
