About Body Mechanic of Louisville

Your massage will be tailored to your individual needs, and designed to decrease stress, relieve muscle tension, and generally accelerate the body's natural healing processes through increasing blood circulation, utilizing traditional Swedish massage techniques in combination with other modalities, which may include, hot/cold therapy, myofacial release, traction, Reiki, Reflexology, stretching and more.

Michael is the real deal.
