She works with adults and children as young as three months, creating a safe and nurturing space for the body to release tension, the nervous system to regulate, and the mind to restore balance. I would tell a friend to be open-minded, and ready for transformation. Darby is so kind and aware, and I honestly don’t understand what happened to me the 2nd time I came to see her. But it felt so healing.

Darby’s skills and energy are amazing. I’ve worked with her several times over the past month. Each time she meets me where I am, and treats accordingly. I like that she creates a safe space and is very nurturing as she works with somatic energy. She is in tune with body energy flows.
