I offer pain relief for the neck and back.   My passion is helping muscles recover, reduce pain and bring a sense of well being to each client.  I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic medical, post-op recovery and injury work, which helps with joint mobility, increased range of motion (ROM), fibromyalgia, TMJ, migraine relief, post surgery recovery to name a few.  I also enjoy giving a relaxing massage to those long, stressful days or long hikes in beautiful Southern Utah.   I will always strive to make each massage tailored to your needs, which can change often. You won't receive a cookie cutter massage here but will leave in less pain and stress.  Please feel free to express your desired outcome at your visit to achieve your best results!
