Massage not received. I had a setback and was going to be late. Rather than assist and reschedule I was offer remaining time for full price Or no massage at all for full price. At this point the way My day was going. I chose not to come and not rush across town for whatever remaining time was left. I understand a cancellation or missed appointment fee as many places charge $50 for missing an appointment. But I do NOT understand paying for an entire massage I was not able to receive. Because of my own issues and this policy I now cannot get a massage at all because I used up my money on an appointment I missed. You are entitled to have whatever policies you want. However, when you make someone pay full price for no service you may have re-cooped your money due for the appointment I missed which I understand. However I do not have to be happy with that. And you now miss a return customer that usually goes every 2 to 3 months. I guess a person that can only afford to go every two months isn't worth pleasing anyway. After all, what's collecting the money for one missed massage versus six other massages in a year's time. Maybe more? My fault for not reading the policy.

I’ve been getting deep tissue massages on a semi-regular basis for years. Taylor is hands down my favorite in terms of pressure, hitting places that I didn’t even know were tight/sore, and having an overall pleasant and positive demeanor. Highly recommended!
