If you would like relief from an acute or chronic painful condition consider this option. This is great for problem areas such as Sciatica, Shoulder issues, hip or low back pain, Plantar Fasciitis, etc. Think of it as a cross between regular massage, chiropractic (no high velocity), hands on physical therapy, some stretching. Mostly table work but it is advised that ladies bring a sports bra with them and shorts or yoga pants if possible. Guys should bring shorts. My wife and I booked an anniversary couples massage to celebrate 18 years together and 11 years of marriage, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were greeted very professionally at the front and immediately made to feel welcome. They offered us wine, chocolates, and even a personal body cream, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a special experience. The massage itself was incredible. The aromatherapy and hot towels were so relaxing, and the dimly lit room with soft tunes playing in the background created the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Donovan and Callie were both excellent. They were very attentive, skilled, and respectful of our comfort the entire time. We both walked out feeling brand new. We highly recommend this place, especially for couples celebrating something special. Whenever we’re in the Birmingham area again, we will definitely be rebooking with Donovan and Callie.
