I literally go every two weeks. My body neck knows when I have an appointment coming lol. I chose the cupping and massage due to I’m always having issues with my neck and knots. Since I started going over a year ago. My headaches have been extremely better. My neck and shoulders have felt extremely better. I don’t have to buy patches or ice hot anymore. Highly recommend to everyone.
