Welcome to all my reflections. Native to the Hampton Roads area, I'm a proud graduate of the Cayce Reilly School of Massage. Through this formal education and continued training, I specialize in several massage modalities including, Swedish, Lymphatic, Deep tissue, Sports, Neuropathic massage and reflexology.
