About Balancing Spirit
Hi all! Welcome to Balancing Spirit. Our goal is to bring contentment to your life. That may sound like a funny goal, so let me explain. We follow the principle that there are many selves that make up what you see in the mirror. Obviously, we have our physical self. In addition, we believe that a person is made up of an emotional, spiritual and mental self as well. Finding a balance between all these variations of a person brings us into a balance... into contentment. When any of these selves are imbalanced, then we notice a change in a very mundane, physical way. So our goal is to bring you back to this balance. This way as you walk our path in life, you have a clearer view of the road in front of you.
