About Balanced Body Myomassology

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2014. I have worked in many settings of massage therapy such as Chiropractic offices and fitness facilities. I have also learned many techniques and massage modalities over the years as I continue to learn and grow as a preventative massage therapy practitioner. I would describe my go-to massage style as a customized gentle deep tissue therapeutic massage, that focuses on releasing tight fascia, any adhesions, trigger points, or imbalances in the body. Service Received: TMJ/Headache Massage with Elizabeth L.

I came to Elizabeth for my TMJ pain. She takes a whole-body approach and works hard to search for the cause of the pain and also finds how that pain affects the rest of the body. She really took the time to analyze and relieve my TMJ pain. She also provided take home stretches that have been helping a lot. It’s been eye opening! In general, she’s a kind and talented massage therapist with a lovely little studio in a great location. I would recommend her to anyone!
