At Balanced Body, Nichole provides expert massage therapy to help alleviate chronic pain and promote holistic well-being. With a background in Exercise Science, we utilize techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy and nervous system work to address the root of your discomfort. 

Our approach focuses on treating the whole client through muscular education and personalized stretches, empowering you to manage your pain effectively. We are not a wellness spa or a Swedish massage practice.

Nichole was great! I suffer from chronic pain and was looking for a therapist that specialized in treating it. I felt much better after my appointment, and Nichole gave me some exercises to do at home to help strengthen my problem area. I would highly recommend Nichole to anyone looking to improve their pain through massage therapy!

Nicole is a caring, concerned therapist. She does a preliminary check to see what the primary areas of concern are. She remembers previous therapy sessions and is knowledgeable on how she is going to proceed. She takes the time to listen is not rushed.
