Being a part of each client’s recovery is the focus of BG Recovery.  Fascial stretch therapy, massage therapy, or a combination of both techniques are used during each session to assist in  personal goals.  Whether the client needs to relax from a hectic season of life, get back to normal after surgery or injury, or get that little extra bit of ability to perform, BG Recovery is knowledgeable and eager to be a part of the team. Each session is unique whether it is the client’s first or fifteenth session. The session is geared toward helping with each individual's improvement and providing space for recovery and growth.

Massage therapy uses different modalities from Swedish to orthopedic, including cupping, kinesiotape, and other tools to aid in recovery.  Professional draping is used with the client undressing to his/her comfort level.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is fully clothed (athleticwear), uses straps for stabilization, with therapist-assisted stretching affecting the fascial system as well as everything it touches. (Fascia surrounds muscles, tendons, joints,  and organs).  FST is gentle and effective and can provide the client with flexibility, mobility, and function.
