My name is Jill Russell and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for two decades. I am proficient in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, proprio-neuroceptor facilitation (PNF) and various stretching, positional release, deep tissue techniques, orthopedic cupping, lymphatic massage, pre-Natal massage, reflexology and Luxury Spa services. I am a Reiki Master and I offer a form of Energy work called Lightbody Massage.
