Father's Day Gift Sale

 In 2018, I was faced with a difficult decision. Should I continue to work unfulfilling jobs in large corporations, or do I risk it, take control of my life, and devote myself to helping others? I am proud to say I chose the second path, and I found my passion. 

 I bring a diverse and multidisciplinary approach to my bodywork. I developed a style combining techniques and elements from various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial manipulation, trigger point therapy, and maybe most important of all therapeutic stretching. I do away with the upcharging for different styles of massage, as I customize your session to fit your individual needs. With an emphasis on mindful body awareness and grounding, my goal is to create long term positive changes in your body.

 I believe that there is a common disconnect we all face in today's world between one another and often within ourselves. I seek to correct this by building strong bonds with those I work with through the healing power of physical touch and open communication. I want you to ASCEND to the next level in your life.
