Trigger point therapy, muscle activation techniques, FST™ stretching, cupping and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) may be used.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Pregnancy massage addresses the special needs of expecting and postpartum women. Prenatal clients (typically 12+ weeks along) seek massage for relaxation, stress-reduction, and relief from the aches and pains of a changing body. A specially-designed maternity cushion allows her to lay comfortably prone. Side-lying postures are often used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Postpartum massage focuses on care for moms within the first 12 weeks after delivery.
