The work I perform focuses on result driven treatment, creating a treatment plan with clients to help them get as close as possible to the results they are looking for. I am certified in neuromuscular massage therapy which helps to alleviate chronic pain, nervous system dysfunctions and other issues. This work spends more time on a specific location, working with soft tissue, relieving trigger points that could be mimicking other pathologies or pain referral, nerve compression, repetitive movement injuries, and much more.
