Mother's Day Special

I started Althea Fera as a way to help demystify and support those struggling with obtaining wellbeing. I was sick of being told to push through, just take some pain meds, or well there’s nothing on this x-ray so we can’t help you. So, I searched for answers to my own health questions, and in finding some amazing mentors and addressing many of my own health issues, I decided to start my own business in order to share what I’ve learned with others.

What Services Does Althea Fera Provide

Integrative Health Coaching and Massage Therapy

Together we’ll explore underlying causes of your dis-ease, pain and work to create your own individual path back to healing. Along the way I’ll provide support, education, and use many different tools to help support you on your path. I’ve also created a community support network, the PathFinders, away from traditional social media, as a safe haven for group support and connection! Each individual person has their own path, so together we’ll build a program for a healthy lifestyle that helps you heal, nourishes not only your mind and body, but also your soul, and leaves you feeling and looking better!

My Role

Think of me as your guide, I’ll help you clear the brush, and traverse the shadow parts of your journey. Through integrative health coaching and massage therapy you’ll be feeling better than you’ve felt in years!
