At Alleviate Sports Massage (ASM), we take pride in sharing our passion for helping and caring for others. Our team of therapists specialize in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Stretching, and Trigger Point Therapy to help reduce muscle adhesions and knots while boosting recovery. We also sometimes include scraping (gua sha) and cupping as needed in our sessions at no additional cost.

Matt was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable on areas to focus on based on my job (sit at a computer all day) as well as someone who strength trains for exercise. He found the trigger points and did several techniques to get the knots out while consistently checking in to ensure I was comfortable and the pressure was good.
