I was very apprehensive at first, and as the treatment went on, I was learning something new at every move. I highly recommend David of Allentown Medical massage. He listened to my concerns, focused exactly where I needed help and explained everything he was doing. I am following his suggestions for exercises/stretches and believe I will make great progress.
